One Board Zoom Overview

Church leaders want to equip more people for ministry and simplify decision-making around discipleship, not endless meetings. But fewer meetings alone won't inspire people to live into their calling. What will? A clear, focused accountability structure that puts disciple-making front and center.

Join us in exploring how a simplified, accountable leadership structure (the "one-board" model) frees laity and clergy to focus on what matters: making disciples of Jesus who change the world.

Based on the updated Third Edition of their best-selling book, Mission Possible: A Simple Structure for Missional Effectiveness, this webinar offers practical, field-tested steps to simplify your structure, lead with accountability, and unleash more people into ministry.
